By accessing St. Alphonsa's School online portal, applying for admissions, or viewing published academic records, you agree to abide by institutional regulations, computational acceptable use policies, and truthful reporting.
2. Accuracy of Admission Submissions
Applicants and guardians certify that all biographical data, grades, and uploaded documents submitted through the admissions portal are authentic. Submitting forged documents or fraudulent transcripts will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal reporting.
3. Portal Security & Credential Protection
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any automated scraping, denial of service, privilege escalation attempts, or unauthorized access attempts will trigger automatic account lockout and administrative audit logging.
4. Official Status of Published Results
Portal results are provided for student and parent convenience. Formal sealed transcripts issued by the school examination department remain the definitive legal record for external institutions.
